From the very beginning, Tracey met up with us to give us a binder of “need to knows” and explained how the process would work, what things would look like, etc. She went on vacation soon after meeting and had lined up for us to work with two of her partners while she was away; we worked with Jeff. Both were very easy to get a hold of and tour homes with, and they would point out things as experienced realtors we may not have thought of.
